Dr. Kovacs is a performance physiologist, the founder of the International Tennis Performance Association (iTPA), and the former USTA Sport Science Director. The materials here cover the kinetic chain, the serve biomechanics, and the standard movement language that coaches use to teach and analyze tennis footwork at every level.
Mark Kovacs earned his PhD in Exercise Physiology and has spent his career applying sport science to tennis performance. He has worked with top-ranked ATP and WTA professionals, directed the USTA's Coaching Education and Sport Science department, and is widely regarded as one of the most influential voices in tennis-specific training and biomechanics today.
