Stroke Systems
Forehand
Forehand Push System — The body pushes the hand, the hand pushes the racket. A ground-up chain: root > V > Q > 8 > 45° > brake > pulse.
Backhand
Saber (1H) & Hybrid (2H) — The edge leads, face squares last. Non-dominant hand guides; dominant hand pushes. Covers both one-handed saber and two-handed hybrid systems.
Serve
Isolated Kinetic Chain — The only shot you control completely. Continental grip, trophy position loads SSC, 1-inch pronation pulse.
Return of Serve
The Reactive Art — No time to think. Short takeback, Hua Jin, block and redirect. Quiet Eye is everything.
Volley
The Compact Game — No takeback. Block, absorb, 1-inch pulse. Continental grip, firm wrist, step across on diagonal.
Overhead
The Serve You Hit in Play — Same kinetic chain as serve. Turn sideways, crossover steps, let gravity drop racket, brake and snap.
Slice
