END OF POCKET CARD
This card is the complete grip system in 1 page. Print, fold, carry. Continental is home base. Semi-Western is forehand. 5-second reset. Baby bird → Slingshot stone → Wrist lock. You can print it, carry it, and reference it in Surrey. You'll play tennis instead of searching for the grip. 20+ years of tennis starts with 1 card.
Start today — print the card, fold it, put it in the side pocket. Before every match, read one section. During the match, use the 5-second reset. After the match, pick one cue to focus on for next time. In 4 weeks, you'll see the grip shift from "searching for the grip" to "already having the grip."
