Bio-Recovery Drills — Biological Recovery

Practical protocols supporting Bio-Agentic Recovery and the Bio-Engine Deep Dive — training the nervous system and the fascia to recover as deliberately as you train the swing itself.

Daily Protocol: 16-Second Neuro-Reset

Goal: reset $\sigma_{sync}$ between points.

Window Action
0-4s Look at the strings
4-12s Inhale 4s, exhale 8s
12-16s Visualize the next shot

Drill 1: Plyometrics ("Green" HRV Days)

Goal: build the stretch-shortening cycle and fascial thickness.

How: box jumps, depth jumps, lateral bounds. 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps.

Drill 2: Dynamic Stretching

Goal: wake the fascial system up — not static holding.

How: leg swings, arm circles, hip openers, thoracic rotations.

Drill 3: Fascial Self-Massage

Goal: keep the fascia elastic.

Tools: foam roller, lacrosse ball.

Target areas: IT band, glutes, thoracic spine, plantar fascia.

Drill 4: Vagus Nerve Activation

Goal: bring the heart rate down fast.

How: inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 8 (the exhale should always be longer than the inhale). Repeat for 4-6 cycles. This activates the vagus nerve and resets $\sigma_{sync}$.

Drill 5: HRV-Based Weekly Cycle

HRV Zone Training Type
Green Explosive (sprints, plyometrics, VE)
Yellow Technical (shadow swings, AI review)
Red Recovery (yoga, fascia work)

Drill 6: Hydration and Electrolytes

How: don't over-rely on plain water. Prioritize magnesium, potassium, and sodium electrolytes, plus collagen and vitamin C 30-60 minutes before training.
